Courses:

Sept. 11: Fannie Mae Today, No. 116, (8 hours)
Course Description: The course is designed for lenders, appraisers, and brokers to give them an update of the new aspects of Fannie Mae to include the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC), recent announcements, to include the 1004MC and the 2009 Fannie Mae Guide.

Sept. 13: Identifying Relevant Characteristics, No. 019, (5 hours)
Course Description: In this course, you will review special considerations such as identifying structural defects and site problems, as well as environmental problems. You will also review square footage calculation requirements of ANSI, as well as HUD inspection requirements.
